Jewelry Materials and Care Advice

All our jewelry products are made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel. Gold and Rose Gold are plated with 18K gold.

Allergies

316L stainless steel is low reaction, for peace of mind, if your are sensitive pick a product that's finished with 18K Gold, as these don't react.

Care Advice

It's fine to get our jewelry wet. Wear it in the shower or while swimming, just make sure to dry it afterward. If the item becomes dirty or tarnishes in some way, clean it using plain soap and water - drying with a soft cloth. Before storing the item, make sure it's fully dry and is not stored in a moist environment. When storing, avoid storing it mixed amongst other jewelry, as the tarnish on those pieces may spread and damage the item. While wearing, avoid exposure to chemicals (including cleaning agents), and avoid wearing in environments where the item may be knocked.

Refund Policies

No Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. 

While we have a no-refunds policy, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you have concerns, we are eager to work with you to find a resolution.

Quality Assurance 
If there's an error on our part (wrong product color, scratched product, misengraved details, incorrect names, or any discrepancy with your order), we will remake and reship the product at no additional cost to you. We do not offer refunds but are committed to resolving issues swiftly, satisfactorily, and reasonably.

If the issue is not from our end (e.g., wrong engraving info, incorrect shipping address), Treasure & Riches are not responsible for reproducing the order at our cost.
